There are three viable options for flying up to Bangkok:

1. Ferry to Samui, then flight with Bangkok Airways
2. Ferry to Suratthani then flight with Air Asia
3. Ferry to Chumphon then flight with Nok Air (new service)

In my opinion, your best bet is to go with option 3.

Bangkok Airways from Samui is likely to be more expensive. And although the Air Asia flight from Surat is likely to be good value, it requires a very long ferry crossing.

So the best option is to go via Chumphon. The ferry crossing from Koh Tao is short (about 2 hours if you use Lomprayah catamaran), and the cost of the flights should be reasonable - so it's the best compromise of cost and time.

Sinon pour les vols pour Bangkok un vol entre 500-600 euros est une très bonne affaire.
