The room was better than expected,clean,Tv worked,wifi worked,towels were clean,the only problem was the toilet,they do not want you to drop toiletpaper in the toilet,you have to put it in a bin and smell it- or you drop in, but you can not flush it :(.Breakfast was ok.The bach was nice, but would be nicer without taxiboats . fantastic location. big clean rooms and the seashell diving centre had the best staff on the island. absolutely recommend this place to stay.

Great location and very friendly staff. Beach narrow in front of the hotel but gets better a few steps further. Room was great (Family de luxe garden view). Pool OK but poolside toilets and showers of poor quality. A lot of constructions going on in the hotel area which can be a little disturbing from time to time. Restaurant was nice, breakfast nothing fancy but quite OK. Overall a pleasant stay.

Booked originally another hotel via Sawasdee -after payment the hotel price was suddenly elevated which was very annoying! Got this hotel instead and this time the booking turned out OK.

Проживал в отеле с 20.11.13 по 22.11.13 в номере Beachside Pool Access (room 305). Отель не более чем на 1-2 ночи. Прекрасный вид на забор, отсутствие заявленного wi-fi в номере, питание в ресторане - ужас любого критика) и очень удобная парковка лодок в 5-ти метрах от берега. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Grundsätzlich ist der Service des Personals gut bis sehr gut. Ansonsten für das gebotene zu teuer. Es gibt günstigeres mit gleichem Standart, insbesondere wenn man bedenkt das das Zimmer (bei uns, vorne am Strand mit Privatpool )schon recht abgewohnt war, Flecken an den Wänden, schmiere von Seifenscchaum in den Ecken der Dusche, Schimmel und Seifengammel am Duschvorhang... Bin eigentlich nicht kleinlich, erwarte aber in diesem Preissegment etwas anderes und nicht unteren Travellerstandard. das Frühstück war insgesammt gesehen ein Scherz bestehend aus Eiern in unterschiedlicher Form, kalte Pancackes und French Toast, nicht ganz reifes Obst, den Toast nicht zu vergessen. hotel wird von tauchern besucht, somit ist der grosse gemeinschaftspool viel besetzt mit lernenden! wir hatten ein pool acces zimmer gebucht mit eigenem pool!! war herrlich, es gibt dort nur 4 zimmer mit direktem poolzugang. die zimmer sehr schön mit wasserkocher und toilettenartikel ausgestattet. sie sind 20 meter vom meer entfernt. würde dieses zimmer wieder buchen. Great hotel close to the beach! Pleasant hotel staff. Close location to restaurants and shops. Only negative for our room was the noise from the neighbouring bar, we stayed at a Deluxe Ocean View -room. The noise would also apply for Beach Side Pool Access -rooms.

travaux en cours lors de notre séjour, donc assez bruyant, dans la journée. personnel sympathique et disponible. petit dejeuner correct. Il faut se doter d un scooter, les plages pour la plongée étant assez éloignée et les routes assez dangereuses. bien dans l ensemble.

Hotel location good breakfast and restaurant overlooking the sea. Existing and Thai smile.Good hotel services, booked a cruise from the hotel were fantastic.night market very good and a beautiful beach but boats pollute the sea and you must walk a distance to swim.There are no water to shower after swimming in the sea. There are no funds for trash.So tourists put their garbage on the coast and this is something uncivilized.

定房间时候网上图片看着不错.不过现场真的满失望的.感觉和国内168差不多.厕所还更简陋.定的是最便宜的那种.税后也要350了.唯一的好处是这个酒店处于岛的闹市区.又能看夕阳.

Vi var 5 netter på Seashell Resort i midten av juni. I utgangspunktet så hadde vi booket to netter i Pool Side Villa. Villaen i seg selv var grei, men plasseringen var mildt sagt ræva. Vi så rett inn på en byggeplass og en nabovilla hvor de ansatte bodde og ROTET. Service eksisterer ikke og etter mye kjefting og smelling fra både kona og meg forlot vi hotellet. Vi tok en tur rundt for å se noen andre hoteller, men valgte å gå tilbake til Seashell og oppgraderte til Deluxe Ocean View. Dette er i bygget ved bassenget og stranden. Et kjempeflott, nytt og stilig rom med flott utsikt. Absolutt verd 1000B mer pr døgn. Dette var bra! Vi ble der i 3 dager til og selv servicen ble en smule bedre etter den store overhøvlingen tidligere. Frokosten er på hotellets strand restaurant og er helt akseptabel. Når det kommer til plassering ligger hotellet der det skjer. Langs gangveien som går langs stranden med restauranter og butikker. Hvis vi skulle reist tilbakee til Kho Tao hadde vi nok valgt Sairee Beach, Seashell og Deluxe Ocean View. Mange av de andre flotte hotellene ligger mildt sagt øde og veier er så og si ikke eksisterende. Strendene på Koh Tao er ikke helt i toppskitet, men en snorkeltur rundt øyen og en tur til Nangyang kan anbefales.

Stay away from the Garden Villas if you want privacy. They are semi-detached double rooms, some of them inside connected with a door between the 2 rooms. You may have to share the Villa and the tiny veranda with others. You can hear every single word and noise from your neighbours - and vice versa. At the central part of the beach you cannot bath or swim, too much stones and corrals. The very northern part of the beach is better. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

l hotel a 3 categories de chambres du plus roots à plus luxe ( piscine privee) bel emplacement le personnel est nul et peu accueillant mais c est pas grave j avais une chambre de luxe , spacieuse et agreable petit dejeuner tres correct servi en bord de mer piscine et jaccuzi sympa et centre SPA top [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Free pick-up from and return to the pier. Location is very good, near shops, bars, restaurants but quiet enough. The gardens look a bit sloppy, although staff is constantly trying to keep up. The pool is not very clean, apart from one pool that is only for diving instructions (no access for normal swimmers). Staff is friendly. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

订的可以直接步入泳池的房间，房间很干净，环境也很赞。缺点是蚊虫很多，一定记得要买蚊香啊！还有，酒店似乎不会做蜜月房，他们只做家庭房，就是多放一张床而已啦！ [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

It was inpossible to swim in the pool becaurse it was so dirty. The breakfast where not so good. the rooms were exellent and for a good price.
