Real nice resort with big rooms. Our room was in front row to the beach. The resort is divided in two locations, one at the top of the hill (Paradise Zone) with a beautiful look all over Chaolak Bay and Shark Bay as well. The Beach Zone is located at the Chaolak Bay beach which is very flat and you have to go quite a bit further if you want to do some snorkeling e.g. The restaurant at Beach Zone is okay, nothing special. We went to Mae Haad, Sairee or the surrounding local spots for dinner. But breakfast at the Paradise Zone is amazing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

What a beautiful place it should be 15 or 20 years ago! But time has aged walls, beach furniture, tiles, showers and their fittings, wooden steps, braided ceilings, even the trees of which are still cut trunks, remains the adorable and professional staff. Effort must be made to renovate this hotel before it is more presentable.For the beach, passed a few meters in the water on sand, walk several tens of meters in a kind of mud that stagnates in the background, And you must walk far to find the right sand. A kind of hollow has formed over a wide width of the beach, which explains this deposit.

Paradise Zone is located a bit up hill from the beach front part, with a separate front desk. You can walk up the hill in about 10 min, but trust me, in over 30 degrees C you don t want to. The hotel provides a pick up truck that will take you up and down for free every half hour which is great. Chalok beach is a lot quieter than eg Sairee beach. The resort has its own dive center that was good. The view from the restaurant area over Chalok bay and Shark bay is stunning. We had a room with a Queen side bed and an extra bed. It works but the room is really too small for that. No space to put luggage etc. The restaurant at paradise Zone is ok, but prices are higher than the places on the beach. It s not better though. Simply an amazing stay. We booked the Honeymoon Suit for 2 nights and the pictures online doesn t even come close to reality. Seems expensive at first for Thailand but is so worth it. Hotel Staff is great as well. The location is good cause of the view. Smart thing to do is rent a motorbike to get around the Island, the roades on Koh Tao are not that busy. The room was correct, but the bathroom was very bad and old. The door was rotten and woodwork too. There were huge cockroaches hidden in the door and into the woodwork . It is absolutely renovated bathrooms that are too old . The location was very good. The hotel s restaurant is too expensive. And our housekeeper was very sympatic. This hotel could be great , but it lacks real general maintenance.

We loved Koh Tao resort! We had only bookedfpr two nights but we added some more. We had a room in the paradise zone and it was great! We loved the pool. And if we wanged to go to the beach the resort had a free taxi wich took us down to the beach, and the beach was really nice... The service was exellent and the staff who werw working in the restaurant was great. I really recommed this resort. We travelled with kids and they loved tje pool and the great view! Location and pools were both great. Driver provided very good service. Huge let down on the breakfast, everything was cold and seemed days old. Air conditioner in our room didn t work, even after asking for it to be looked at. We were there over New Years, the resort held a gala dinner for 2000b each but we got 4 different answers from 4 different people about what was and wasn t included, no one seemed to know anything that was going on, so we decided to go else where for much cheaper to dinner.

Koh Tao Resort is a good place to stay for a nice and relaxing holiday, the location is very good, out of the busy Maeh and Sairee beach, which are both very near anyway (is a small island). I would say the hotel is probably the best value for money I ever been. There are bungalows, rooms or apartments for any pockets. The hotel is divided in 2 main parts: up and down the hill, with 2 swimming pool, from the one on top of the hill the view is astonishing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Vi bodde på paradise zon. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i restaurangen. Den bästa stranden på koh Tao garanterat, om man vill ha de lite lugnare. Kommer tillbaka nästa år med barnen men kommer då bo på koh tao beachzon. Minus är att restaurangerna inte var så mysiga. Inga dukar eller ljus. Frukosten var inge vidare men vi hittade ett litet fik med suverän frukost bara några meter från hotellet. Vi bodde som sagt på paradisezon och högst upp inde huset och där var de väldiga problem med att få lagom varmt vatten i duschen. Den skifftade mellan hett och kallt vatten. Very good hotel. A private beach, private swimming pools, out of the room a few distance is the beach, a good place for a holiday. The hotel nearby 7-11 stores, very convenient. Especially for the hotel, there are two swimming pools, one in the top of the mountain, is the best place to view; An adjacent to the beach, is the best place for leisure and entertainment. kho tao resort is a beautiful location,however the beach bungalows we booked were tired looking and damp smelling with a cockroach infestation in the ceiling,the staff were quite unhelpful and blunt (the first thing your presented with on check-in is a price list for damaged/missing items)also the bar and restaurant staff practically ignored the english guests to swarm around better tipping russian families on a daily basis i was left waiting 20mins for a drink on one occasion, i think maybe all the hotels efforts are being pushed into the newer paradise resort up the hill but as i said earlier a beautiful location [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Lovely hotel - the best rooms are Beach Front Rooms. Near the beach, pool and restaurant. Quiet location and a relaxed feeling in the area. You can easily take a taxi to Sairee in the evening if you want more nightlife. A short walk and you will find a little shopping and more restaurants.

We stay at the luxuary room, #520, and the view is AMAZING there. And the blacony so big. The jacuzzi take many hours to fill up with water, and its little bit tricky to get it warm, but when u finish its abolutley wonderful to lay there and look the view! We loved the stay here. The restaurant bring us room service food every night also, why go out and eat when u already have the best place for eat at? The food is really excellent too, not only me think, even my thai girlfriend think that too. And the staff who bring the food very friendly too. Only 1 thing is NOT good here, and its the staff working at the hotel. They are the most lazy i ever met. They have their own kids inside the front desk, they laying in the sofa for the guests and looks tv when u coming and when i ask at Koh Tao beach for taxi up to hotel they tell me to wait, okey, thank u after wait 15 min i go ask again if it will arrive soon, cuz if not we go walk instead and i got the answer im not in the taxi, i cant know how long time it will take! when i reply with maybe u can call and ask? she answer me with OHHHHHHHHHHHH and walk away. Just after that incident the taxi came so i dont know if she had helped or not, but anyway. It not felt really good. I was very polite all the time too. The beach at Koh Tao Resort is not the best, its okey, u can swim there and its a small beach. But not much fishes if u want to snorkeling. For me it was little bit dissapointed cuz i stay at Nang yuan before and thought it would be at least some fishes here too :) Anyway i would really recomend this hotel, at least if u stay in one of the better rooms. Absolutely horrifying! Didn t like the iceland,dirty, smelling, wild/discusting dogs everywhere, the hotel was nothing like booking.com said it should be, the staff were lacy and grumpfy, dissapointing resturant, dirty swimmingpool, etc. We left as early as we could!

Great resort on the Paradise Zone. We had a big familiy room with a huge terrace. The only thing was maybe a bit boring breakfast, and we wished for a buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff and we had a great stay for nine days. This part of the island is very cosy and quite.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage und netter Bungalow mit gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Sehr schön angelegter Palmengarten. Sehr schöner Strand und paradiesischer Ausblick. Küste ist weit ins Meer hinein sehr flach (sandbankartig), sehr sauber und klares Wasser. Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sauber und gut (aber wir sind eher Strandfreunde) Leider gibt es im Bad außer dem Toilettenkasten keine Ablagemöglichkeiten. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut und der Service ist einwandfrei gewesen. Nebenan gibt es eine Tauchschule, die für 2000 THB einen Schnuppertauchgang anbietet - Es war großartig! Ein paar Meter Richtung Stadt sollte man unbedingt den französischen Bäcker für Croissants zum Frühstück aufsuchen. Sehr lecker :-) Aber auch das Frühstück im Hotel war sehr gut - nur etwas teurer (in Thailand aber zu verkraften) als außerhalb. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel und die Gegend sehr weiter! Hatten das Deluxe Zimmer Nr.305 im unteren Teil der Anlage. Zum Strand gerade mal 50m. Sauberer Pool, Zimmerreinigung i.O. Traunhafte Bucht. Kann die Tauchbasis Big Bubble empfehlen, sie erreicht man nach 2 Minuten Fußweg. Restaurant Tip: Ying Yang (Masaman Curry mit Reis für 100 Bath). Hotelrestaurant zu teuer, lieber ausserhalb essen. Tip Seekajak mieten (z.B. 2 Std. 250 Bath) und in die Nachbarbucht Shark Bay paddeln. Hier kann man mit Schwarzspitzen Riffhaien schnorcheln ;-) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We enjoy our holiday, the room was clean but could be cleaner and the service was good. The food was good but the service very slow, we had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting our food for every meal.So bring games for your kids. The dive shop was great, my son took his Padi open water junior cours with David, he is simply amasing,patient and nice. You should keep him, he his the best instructor you can have. Vi bodde på Paradise Zone då vi blivit rekommenderade det då bungalowsen skulle vara sunkiga. Helt ok tycker vi. Dock spenderade vi mest tid nere vid beach-zone eftersom vi ville bada i havet oxå. Där fanns både pool och strand. Stranden var bättre än vad jag läst i andra kommentarer. Hela området var lugnt och väldigt relaxed och begränsat utbud vad gäller restauranger, shopping etc. Inget för partygänget tror jag. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This Hotel was really amazing true paradise on top of the hill you have an amzing vieuw. We booked the room with the bathtub on the balcony, first we get a room with palmtrees before our balcony so you cant see the vieuw. We askes another room and that was not a problem we could choose. The room was also clean and a lot of space. At the reception they call the Hotel Taxi to bring you down to the Beach the Hotel has some nice bungalows and an second pool downstairs also. Hotel composé de 2 parties : chambres sur les hauteurs et bungalows près de la plage. Nous étions 6 (2 adultes et 4 grands enfants) dans 1 petit appartement composé de 2 chambres et 1 salles de bains. Les chambres sont grandes, un peu vieillotes niveau décoration mais les lits sont confortables et la salle de bain pratique. Compter 5 bonnes minutes de descente pour rejoindre la plage à pied, mais il existe un système de navette bien pratique entre les 2 parties. 1 piscine pour chaque zone. We didn t expect that sea would be so dirty, we went for swimming only once during our 4 days stay in this hotel. Didn t much like waiters in the restaurant they were a bit disturbing (they talk to clients much and like they probably talk with their friends). there is a free taxi service to the pier but drivers can be late. In the room air conditioning wasn t working good and one day we went in swimming pool by coming back to our room saw two men fixing our air conditioning so we had to wait for 1 hour in our balcony. We live in beach front and the way to the beach didn t look like on a photo on a hotel s website. Near our room were lot s of trees and flowers where lived many noisy insects because of which we woke up at almost every night. The price is too high for this kind of service, we expected more than we got. Good: pool nice and clean, balcony pretty cozy for chilling in the evening, location - not far from 711 and many other shops and bars, room is fine and clean enough. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good value but resort is looking a bit tired. We transferred to Paradise Zone to be with friends and had a Superior room. This room had a resident mouse and so the staff moved us to a De Luxe room which was larger but furnished in the same design. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Perfekt low key and quiet Resort with hotel facilities and services. The staff is extremely nice and the Chalok restuarant with New Heaven down the road one of the best on Koh Tao - especially the BBQ and seafood is recommendable. The beach is nice and children friendly and you have perfect snorkleling beaches just around the corner and in swimming distance (Freedom Beach and shark Bay - Mr. Loi from KR will show you the sharks). The resort has is own dive shop - Big Bubble to minutes away is also great with a lot of expad staff. 100 I ll go back to Koh Tao Resort if I have to Koh Tao

Booked for 4 nights. Hotell is very nice, the staf i great, but rooms are not that nice. Dark rooms and a lot off mosquitos. Can not sit out in the evening. We moved to the hotels paradise Zone after 2 ninghts. This is fantastic. New rooms, nice and clean, and a great view from the balcony, restaurant. The pool is fantasic. Staff is great. After reading the comments of other guests, i was afraid of the hotel. But no worry about it, the hotel was very good ! Very beautiful and pleasant ! The pool is beautiful, view of sea, but the bottom of pool is tiled, be careful, it cuts. Service was good, taxi service too.

on low season the room was expensive but cool. we are sure that they took us more money. We have amount on our credit cards that we didn t spend , it s very strange! carreful of your spend there they probably charge you for more !!! the food is great a bit expensive for thai food and they don t know how to serve meal , they bring you the dish before appetiser... the personal hwo work there specialy the men in the entrance are scary and strange, girls are nice and helpfull. the swing pool is nice but a bit small for all the people there! this is a family resort but not so good for lovers. the dive is cool ! but you can dive there without being in the resort. the resort beach is not the nicest beach of koh tao ! we spend there 4 days we whent to there beach just once , the water isn t blue but green and the sand is mudy! The hotel is ok, was probably a very nice place about 15 years ago but now it could use some renovations regarding paintwork and furniture inside rooms. The pool area is nice, just by the beach (no sun chairs on the beach because of the high tides during nights). Free taxi service 4 times a day to Mae Haad (other times they charge you 50 baht per person). Good breakfast. We stayed at the paradise zone, wich is way up on the mountain. The view is spectacular and the pool is nice. Very good breakfast with yogurt (+++) and everything els you want. The rooms are a bit more worn down than we expected but still OK. Very nice bathroom. Free Wifi but quite slow.. Free hoteltaxi take you down to the beach whenever you want (and up). Not the best beach and the village is quite small with not so many restaurants. Shopping is not possible here but you can take the hotel taxi to Sairee for 200 Bath for shopping and food. Perfect location. Interleading family room was great. Bathrooms could be improved. Hotel staff and service was excellent and friendly. Food was outstanding! So pleased we stayed at the Beach Zone and not Paradise Zone in terms of easy access to the Beach. Beautiful place!

This hotel is said to be first resort on koh tao. I lived in paradise zone for 2 nights overall good value. The pool is a highlight with fantastic ocean view. Room is large but decor is old. Hotel service is adequate but no smile- a little bit cold. I asked for a extension of check-out time (2 hours) but only 1 hour is allowed. I still appreciate but actually, the hotel is not very busy at all (only 3-4 rooms occupied during the period) but they cannot provide either free upgrade or extension of 2 hours- I don t know why. we stayed at paradise zone for 5 nights and it was lovely, however not perfect.The rooms are nice and big. there were leaking water due to heavy rains at night from our roof. the staff handled it proffesionally and we got another upgraded room instead.However, thr restorant of paradise zone was closed during our whole period of stay so we had to take the hotel shuttle to the restorant near the beach, at least 3 times a day. it was a little bit uncomfortable and we had to adjust ourselves for the hotel shuttle s time table. in conclusion, we had a very nice time at koh tao resort, staff is very friendly, pool is great, food is very good and the view from paradise zone is magnificant. for a vacation with children in koh tao, i recommend this resort. This was pure paradise. We stayed in many resorts around the Asia, but this is far the best we have been. The place is spacious and have 3 swimming pools, few restaurants, few bars and occupied half of the beach. Tip:stay in Paradise zone on hill, which offer fantastic view. The only complain is that hill swimming pool has sharp stones on top and you must be careful to not cut yourself as I did. The reception lady was not helpful and did not provide me any first aid. Anyway except that the stuff was excellent.

WOW, this is a very good resort! We hade booked 4 nights butwe booked 7 more nights because we liked it so much. We live at Paradise Zone with a wonderful view over the see. A very nice pool with jacussi, a restaurant with delicius food, big portions to good prices. There is a taxi that takes us to and from the beach. The personel is very friendly,helpful and serviceminded. If we come back to Koh Tao we will stay here again thats for sure!

Nice hotel, much better than expected. We stayed in DeLuxe-room and it was quite small, but there was enough space for 2 adults, 2 kids and 4 suitcases. Others of our group said that walls were really thin, I didn t notice. Pool is great and the beach is beautiful. Water was shallow and not very clear. I would definetely stay here again.

This property is beautiful. It is situated on top a hill with very good views of the sea. The small pool is also on the hill s edge overlooking the sea. However this place lacks customer service. The staff needs to be trained on proper guest relations management. For example, the front desk clerk named Suwaree is very rude. She was unpleasant to deal with and screams at guests. I once asked to speak to the manager to which she replied the manager is not in the hotel and that he does not have a mobile phone. Also, there is a so called shuttle/taxi between the Paradise Zone up above to go down to the Beach Zone near the beach. This runs only every 30 minutes and only up to 10PM. Walking up and down the long driveway is not advisable (even for a young person like myself) since it is very steep and curves. If you miss the half-hour mark, the staff makes you wait for the next run, even if the pick up truck is at the driveway sitting idle. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room even when I never opened the balcony door. For these reasons - lack of customer / guest relations and the very steep climb up to the Paradise zone, I do not recommend this place. It is way overpriced compared to similar properties on Koh Tao with similar rates. Stay away from this place. Book elsewhere. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We just came back one week ago and we really appreciate our stay in Koh Tao, but some few things are to be noticed about the hotel; the main one is the breakfast,it is not bad but the choice is quite limited and the food is always the same, so for such an hotel it should be a bit more important and various, the second remark concerns the place , it is a bit far from everything and the rental of a motorbike can be dangerous (you can see all the people hurt on the island!) and the beach down the hotel is nice but not very good for swim so I think that more free shuttles included in the price of the room should be nice. Bon rapport qualité-prix mais la plage devant cet hôtel n est pas très agréable. Endroit très venteux quand nous y étions début août. Point fort de l hôtel : un bateau speed-boat qui vous emmène faire du snorkelling à la journée pour 1200 baths par personne. Super car on arrive sur les sites avant les big boat qui déchargent les touristes par vingtaine... Equipage très sympa. Navette gratuite qui vient vous chercher à l arrivée au bateau. Overall the resort was okay. It was pretty enough, but the rooms were a tight fit and the walls were quite thin. If you don t mind hearing your neighbors flush the toilet at 3 am or argue about who has to carry the sun block in their luggage at 6 am, then this is the place for you. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or to visit Koh Toa for that matter. The island is cramped, too crowded, and the hospitality leaves something to be desired (not to mention a band aid costs 200 baht!). As I am not a diver, I cannot say anything about the diving here (i hear it is really good). So, if you are a non-diver, you can visit many of the more easily accessible islands in Thailand for a more pleasant holiday.

It was our second time to visit Koh Tao Resort, and it was greate time. We arrived at the pier and the hotel pick us up, we arrived around 10 o clock and we got our room quickly. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the view when you eat is wonderful. If there is anything i would say is poor is the shower, if you like me and my doughter has long and thick hair, is a litle bit difficult to wash it, you have to shower a long long time to get the shampoo out of your hair.

The hotel s website looked a lot more luxurious than the actual hotel. Was beautiful and right next to the teach. There are no elevators and the steps are steep so folks in wheelchairs or physical impairments might have difficulty. The facility is older and the bathroom was not as contemporary as I expected. The room was okay, I still managed to get bug bites as I slept even though the AC was on. I had an okay stay here, not my favorite hotel & I stayed in at least 5 hotels during my 3 week stay in Thailand & Cambodia. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The resort was nice and the diving center was great! The breakfast could have been better but was okey. Clean rooms and good service. The pool was nice but the beach was not so good. It smells from jellyfish and you had to walk a long way out in the water to be able to take a swim in the ocean. The island was just terrific! Relaxed and friendly atmosphere! What can I say? Just perfect! We stayed there for a week and it was amazing. The view from the pool and resort(paradise zone) is beautiful. We had the seaview paradise room and it was spacious, clean and the view was great! Food in the restaurant is really good and the staff was always smiling and helpful. There is free taxishuttle to beachzone and you can also take a taxi to sairee at little cost. We rented a motorbike for a whole week, it s really good and easy way to go a round but you gotta be carefull of the roads and other traffic! Paradise zone is quite new and all a round clean and stunning resort and you can always go the the beachzone if you don t like to swim in a pool. They take you there and also back for free. I just absolutely have no complaints about the hotel. It was the highpoint of our trip! Perfect! Would go back there in a second! Avarage, we have been in Paradise Zone, thanks to Sawadee we could get the right value for money, Booked the Panorama S.V.Room, but looking at the Hotel standard prices is really overpriced. Service friendly but no skilled, good food for luch or dinner, but avarage breakfast. The Hotel has big potential but running in a proper way is a different story. Missing the mosquito net on the windows, so need aircon on even if could be avoid. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good resort. Clean. Stayed in the Paradisezone. Booked with 2 persons in the superior room. They ve got a extra bed in this room, but thats a waste of space. Anyway, it was great...

The resort was really a nice and located next to good beach bars. From the high bar nearby you have an astonishing view over the beach and the sea. The resort was kept clean and the staff was nice. By the way you also get a discount when you want to go diving with their diving school. And the dive instructor showed us great diving places near shark bay. Unfortunately it was very windy so the view was not so good. But we still saw various great fish.

Highly recommended. I stayed at Paradise zone, the nicest view I ever seen in koh tao. Good and very nice staff. I will go back here if I visit koh tao next time.

This is realy paradise on the earth. I don t have any complains, everything is beautiful. Very nice rooms, good staff, taxi shuttle is very good to Sairee Beach.

Excellent facilities at a cost! The environmental credential of the hotel are NOT in line with the ones of the specific island. Employees of the hotel not offering that customer service we saw on the rest of the island. Fantastic view of the 2 adjascent bays.

My friend & I arrived in Ko Tao around 9 a.m. after a long trip (6 hour flight to Bangkok, night bus, and boat). A driver was waiting at the pier with a board displaying the names of the guests, and the holidays really started at this moment ! Our luggage were promptly taken care of, and after a few minutes drive to the resort, we were offered a welcome drink while the check-in formalities were proceeded to. We were then taken to our cottage, right beside the private beach and went from one wonder to another ! Great service, very nice beach (even if the water is clearer on Sairee Beach), the pool is also great (and warm!) to relax while sipping a nice cocktail. We really enjoyed the restaurant, too, and appreciated the quality of the food that is not overpriced compared to downtown restaurants. To sum up : nice room, great service, great value for reasonable price. Wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended ! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This beach is absolutely to prefer instead of Mae Haad and Sairee Beach. Koh Tao resort is situated 2,5 kilometers from these busy beaches and is comparing to them heaven. We stayed in standard bungalow, is was not big, but we come to like it very much. Junglelike surroundings 20 m from the beach, it was not the best beach on the islands, no coralreefs, but it was easy to take a longtail boat to Sharks Bay or a 20 minutes walk to Freedom beach or the one we preferred, June Juea Beach. The resort have a very friendly staff and we liked the buffebrekfast, especially the bananapancakes. Koh Tao islands has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very beautiful. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

supernajs resort, kan bara varmt rekommendera. Hade till en start ett rum men det var inte bra, grannarnas ljud !! Bungalow vid stranden till samma pris var mkt kanon. Resorten ovan, Paradize, samma bolag, hade en underbar utsikt och solnedgang. (gratis skjuts upp) mkt lugn bay med langgrund strand. bra dykbutik intill och sjysst personal. kommer nog tillbaka igen :)

We stayed 5 nights in the resort, it was amazing. The pool, the restarant, the BBQ it was so good, we enjoyed very much the kayak, shnorkeling all over, the tai massage. We shall come again.

Wonderful resort with breathtaking views from the Paradise Zone. I will definitely visit again. Some things which could be improved: Provide real coffee after dinner not just instant Provide entertainment in the evening, it is such a shame to see the hotel empty out after everyone has had dinner. Encourage the local community to clean up the village, seeing rubbish all around is not so appealing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had clean and fresh rooms. Our friends were unlucky to get a room which was full of mosquitos and had to change. Restaurant staff quite often got one out of four orders wrong when we had dinner. Breakfast is pretty ordinary, the food offered is good but very little variation. Otherwise it is as peaceful and clean resort with fiendly staff. It is really a place for relaxing. If you are looking for good snorkeling it is not a place to stay as it is more or just sandbeaches and no corals around. Water visibility is also very poor. You can take a long tail to get out to the reefs and get some fair snorkeling. The best is to take a day tour with a speedboat to Similan Islands if you are looking for snorkeling. We found that a couple of days is what we max can recommend to stay without getting bored. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We had a really nice stay at Koh Tao Resort. The staff were great and the kids loved them. The food and the services were also very good. Fresh and clean. Our rooms were right on the beach and we had a great time. We were there over NY and the staff made sure we had a really nice evening. A great place to celebrate NY.
