Nice room and nice beds, the a/c was perfekt. The pool was nice. Breakfast large and very good. We missed a mini bar and a door to toilet. We where dissapoited that it was not possible to check out a couple of ours later then 12.00 they said its because of the high season, but we saw mostly houses was available and the house we stayed in was still not cleaned when we left the hotel. They arranged a room for shower at the backyard that was were hot with no a/c.

Good location but very bad management. Room cleaning is very poor, a lot of insects inside, dirty bed and bad smell. Need renewal. Also the breakfast is beloe expectations

We had a 4 bed bungalow with 2 bathrooms, one was nice, in the other one we had a giant spider. The bathromm looked very nice, but had holes in the walls, and wasn t cleaned very good. The warm water did not work and the aircondition in one room didn either. But the Bungalow was very pretty. The terrasse was nice, but very hot because the roof was very low. Мы отдыхали в бунгало впечатление, что стены сделаны из гипсокартон на столько они тонкие. В номере нет сейфа, правда есть пляжные зонтики. Пляжные полотенца выдаются на пляже в обмен на карточку, что удобно. Месторасположение отеля удачное, 5-10 мин от порта Ко Тао. В отеле есть дав-центр. Пляж большой протяженностью с мелким песком и прозрачной водой. Рядом располагаются камни, не далеко есть прекрасные кораллы, куда каждый день привозят лодки поплавать с маской. Ресторан на территории отеля чуть дороже, чем соседние, за то есть бесплатный Wi-Fi. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Terrible hotel with extremely poor, unhelpful and ill-mannered staff. Breakfast was a nightmare. It was supposed to be served until 10.00 am but there was no food by 09.00 am. We only ate their once. Service was slow and surly. Tried to book a taxi to catch the early morning boat to Samui and the hotel requested THB800. Booked one on the street for half the price. Avoid the place like the plague.

Das Coral Grand Resort war sehr sauber. Es sind auch nur ein paar Meter zum Strand. Der Superior Bungalow ist wirklich sehr geräumig, auch das Bad. Alles schön gefliest. Das Personal immer zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Liegen am Strand waren reichlich, aber nur, wenn man früh da war. Ab ca. 10 Uhr morgens gibt s keine freien Liegen mehr. Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut super! Wer da nichts findet, ist wohl selber schuld ! Also wir würden wieder im Coral buchen, keine Frage. Wenn jemand ca. 80 Euro incl. Frühstück ausgeben möchte, dann macht er sicher nichts verkehrt. Lieben Gruss, Markus und Peggy. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good choice. We got a bungalow just right on the beach. Very convenient. Room is spacious. Staff is very efficient. Breakfast is acceptable. Dinning room has nice location looking at the sea. The bathroom is the only defect for us, very humid and seems dirty. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Eine klare Empfehlung. Das Personal war superfreundlich und sehr bemüht. Die Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, die Bäder auch. Der Pool war optimal. Der Strand ist sehr schön Gelegen, man kann direkt dort super Schnorcheln. Die negativen Berichte von anderen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Das Frühstücksbüffet IST Top und die Snacks sind super.

Nice bungalows. A lot of bars along the beach. A Mekka for divers. Unfortunately after the parties, it was a lot glass in the sand on the beach. Close to the village (10 minutes walk).

Beach view is beautiful. One of the best beach in Koh Tao. But the room is quite dirty without proper cleaning every day. Have to go downstairs to toilet which is quite inconvenient to elderly.Reatarent service is disorganized, staffs are lazy.

I can highly recommend this hotel. My only point is that the shower head may be changed to a better one. And when travelling from and to Samui, do take the boat of Seatran ! The other company, Lomprayah, has an abusive service towards customers : long waiting lines and caotic bagagge delivery. We took two rooms, both great ! Breakfast and eventualy meals are very good ! Don t hesitate, take it ! Andres and his family

We love Koh Tao this was not our first time and defiantly not the last one either. The resort is situated on the quieted end of the beach and still only a short walk on the beach to the Village that was very nice. But it is overpriced, we had a Deluxe Pirate Cottage – Beachfront, the room was poor and with only 10 % possibility of looking on the beach and the sea. The bedding was not changed even once during the 7 days we were there, and that is not okay at this price. In the restaurant there ware flies crawling on the food, a lot of flies and nothing was done to prevent this. Only 3 sun beds at the pool and always divers in the pool. In generally: Way too expensive to quality. The staff was very friendly. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Overall, very pleased with the Coral Grand Resort: staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful, pool is great and the hotel is smack bang on a beautiful and quiet part of Sairee Beach. The breakfast buffet and the food in the restaurant excellent as well. Only downside was the bungalow (we had a superior sailor cottage with an extra bed), which we felt was a bit too pricey considering the room standard. No-frills, we had an small but adequate room ... but we had expected more. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Perfect location: directly on the beach, very private but walking distance to bars and restaurants in Sairee Village! We stayed in a Deluxe Pirate Cottage which was very nicely located at the pool. Staff was very poor!!! Service in the restaurant was not existant!! It s a pity, since the bar is located perfectly on the beach.... The beer was warm, fridge not working. So we got our drinks from neighbor hotel :-)) Also snorkel equipment and Longtail rental was cheaper next door.....

The hotel is quaint and quirky, the rooms in need of renovation. However, the main problem was flies in the dining area - they were crawling on the food and the staff seemed unwilling to do anything to prevent this. The location was fantastic and the crew and staff of the Dive Centre were excellent. However, 500 Baht for some fruit, soft drinks or water and a lunch consisting of fried rice and noodles was outlandish. It was the poorest food we have ever experienced on a dive boat.
