Отель, как всегда, понравился. Приезжал сюда в 7-ой раз за последние 8 лет. Но вижу несколько негативных изменений: 1) Сотрудники отеля активно пользуются рациями с 6-ти утра, то есть выспаться можно только в обособленно расположенных коттеджах. Раньше ходили, как мыши - сейчас галдят без опаски; 2) На территории отеля стало много змей. За 9 ночей три русские семьи видели у себя на балконе или у коттеджа змею; 3) Почти все кораллы, служившие украшением пляжа отеля, погибли - они все мертвые, то есть смотреть с маской особо нечего - соответственно даже рыб стало значительно меньше.

Hotell med bungalowkänsla mitt i djungeln. Närmsta stranden, Jansom Bay mycket trevlig och bra snorkling. Nästa strand paradisisk. Stranden Mae Had var vi inte vid då många båtar lägger till där. Lagom och lugnt uteliv för oss i Mae Had. Om man är ung och vill festa ska man bo vid Sairee. Väldigt fint hotell som vi var jättenöjda med. Blev uppgraderade till superior room. Mycket bra frukost med toppenläge vid havet.

Beautiful resort, very cozy beach with opportunity for snorkling. This resort requires quite a bit of walking between room/reception/beach/restaurant, and the property is very elevated (much height differences)

We really enjoyed staying in Unit #20, which was right on the beach. In low season, it was like having our own private beach. Not sure how quiet this unit would be in high season. We loved the porch, with reclining chairs, the sun room and outdoor bathroom. Though it was a one bedroom unit, great for 2 people, these other areas made it feel much more spacious. The dive shop accommodated all of our diving requests and had very friendly staff. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

the village is very naturel and also modern.we live here 4 days, very comfortable.the staff was very good.and the jansom bay is an amazing place for snokerling.the food was delicisous.the shirmp in the starlight restaurant was fantastic.we will come back next year. P.S. the only unpleasent thing is the nearest moto rent shop is a black shop.we had paid him 3000B to get one passport back.there is no use to call the police. SO DO NOT RENT MOTOBIKE THERE! My suggestion is maybe the VILLA can rent moto to the guests,u know u are in the little moutain. 中国的朋友们这家酒店蛮推荐的，一开始你可能不习惯这种原始风格，但是住2天就觉得很好了.房间各种现代化的设施都有，每天送一盘新鲜水果和3瓶水。餐厅很好吃，私人海湾非常棒，SPA也很不错！服务员会满足各种要求，唯一就是酒店没有租车的，下山不太方便，步行要10-15分钟山路。千万不要在最近的租摩托车的那个点租车！切记~老板是骗子~

Having travelled all over the planet, it is no small comment when I say that our villa at Charm Churree was the best I have ever stayed in. The secluded bay is perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkelling / scuba. The villas all look into this perfect little bay which is staffed by the friendliest and most helpful staff you could wish for. Our villa had private access straight into the water, and with two private sunlounging areas, we felt little reason to leave the resort as often as we usually would. The restaurant food was great - and you simply could not beat that evening view as you dine overlooking the water. We loved the room, the resort, the bay and the very friendly staff - we will absolutely be returning!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Positive: Charm Churee, the place to be in Koh Tao! It s one of the pricey resorts in Koh Tao but highly recommendable. The only thing you should know is that you will have to do a lot of walking! Steep hills and lots of stairs, not recommendable for disabled or very old people. But the pathways are very nice and also the pier and its small town is in walking distance. To get into the main town of the island (Sairee) you will need to hire a scooter but that s no problem as you can do that just around the corner of the reception. We stayed 10 days at cottage 9 which is very close to Jansom Bay and has a nice view through palm trees of the bay. The cottage is spacious, in typical Thai-Burmese style but not very new. There are lots of gaps in between the doors, windows and stairs where animals can sneak inside. Not a problem for us as we are nature lovers but if you are scared of spiders (such as the huntsman spider what visited us in our bathroom) and other creatures you will not be feeling very comfortable ;) The service team is amazingly nice and very helpful! There was not a single person during our stay that wasn t friendly or couldn t help us. When my husband saw the spider in our bathroom he wasn t very much amused but I convinced him to ignore the little one and go back to bed again (it was most probably more scared of us). The next day the staff helped us to find the spider and checked every single corner and curtain of the cottage. As they weren t successful, they gave us a bug spray in case it would appear again. Luckily it kept hiding :) One of the best offers in this resort is the breakfast area. Not just because of the amazing view but also because they offer a wide range of breakfast style. You can get American, French and Thai breakfast, including fresh tropical fruits. We loved to mix the breakfast with Thai food as it simply was delicious! We never ate the same Thai food as they changed the meals daily. But I was very happy to get my favourite sticky rice every morning (I think it s called „Kao tom Matte“). One of the people we liked a lot was Piu (not sure how to spell his name). He was a young Burmese guy with the biggest smile you can imagine! He was clearing the breakfast tables and always available for a small chat. He taught us some burman that helped us a lot to get in contact with other people on the island. Then there was a cute tomboyish looking girl who always greeted us with a big smile and introduced as to Champagne and Lemon (the dogs of the resort). I think we also met the boss of the resort (not sure about that as he didn t introduce himself with his name). He came to us one morning to check if everything is alright and if we enjoy our stay (something I would never expect in a big resort like that). He also explained why the orange boat was in front of the resort for a couple of days. That s how they get the fresh water to the island as it hardly rains. When we left, he even invited us to try his new massage chair overlays in the lobby. We thought that is a great idea for people who arrive at the resort and are exhausted from the trip to the island. The connection to the people of the resort is what made the stay very enjoyable, thanks for that! Negative: You can t book a cottage by its number. We nearly ended up in a cottage we didn t like but were lucky to get number 9. We tried to organise it via email weeks before we arrived at the resort. We don t know if we just were lucky that is was still available or if the reservation via email has worked. Not related to the resort: the prizing on the island is the strangest we ever saw in all of Thailand: bargaining is not wanted! Shops have signs saying: „fixed price, no bargaining“. You have to know where to go to get a decent price or just wait until you are back in Bangkok or on any of the other islands.

The hotel is decent. bay in which it is quite narrow (50-70 m), very close to each other are building, both within and on the beach. normal entrance to the sea, sand, granular. superior room is huge, with a huge private balcony overlooking the sea without tv! clean. groomed grounds, the breakfast buffet. normal range of dishes. to the city for about 15 minutes on foot. We stayed in the two bed room beach cottage. The master bedroom was excellent but the first floor bedroom was not as good. It was more like a basement and felt a bit creepy. The overall impression was fantastic!

Vi boede 7 nætter på hotellet i nr 25 hytte tæt på den lille strand. Dette er optimalt da den ligger mellem stranden og restauranten. We are not very good in water, the beach is just for them who are good. Our room is dark, not possible to see so much sunlights. It takes 10 minutes to walk to town, and about 40 minutes to Sairee Beach, which is very nice. Probably will not be back again.

ccv在国内的美誉度很高，去的第一晚没什么感觉，在私人海滩浮潜后才体会到他的好，位置有些偏，一定要租辆bike。早餐厅无敌海景，赞。餐厅楼上可以看日落，但是宣传图上的星光晚餐厅没有开，比较忽悠。设施一般，类似的酒店在涛岛上大把大把的。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

房间很干净，也很大。就是酒店的沙滩也太小了，位置也很偏，前不着村后不着店的，出门还要靠酒店的车送出去，不然走死你。以至于我们住了2天都没怎么出门，喜欢安静可以住这里，还有就是starlight餐厅很棒！酒店的人非常非常热情！ [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Really great hotel, with very good location, jansom bay is just wonderful! Equipment for snorkelling is free for use. We tried diving for first time and regretted we did not stay longer for sertification course, as people ad dive shop are just great especially Yuri and Lee. Very nice Sunset Cottage Bungalow by the water. Huge balcony, fantastic place to watch the sunset. OK bed, good Air-condition. This is a hill resort, long walk to the reception, step hill or two. OK beach restaurant, good evening restaurant with great view. Superb snorkeling at this beach, best in Koh Tao! Nice staff. Minus: Again, we asked Sawadee about ongoing construction works. They ensured us, nothing going on. AGAIN a lie, they build a new bungalow right next to ours, hammering etc all day long. BEWARE, stay away from 26A and surrounding bungalows for the next few months. cet hotel est très sympa,; situé à 10 min à pied par un sentier cotier très accessible du centre ville, il est idéal. n hésitez pas à prendre les bungalows ou villa avec vue sur mer, nous avions le N°22 et c est vraiment sympa ! la plage est petite, mais la baie pour se baigner assez grande, et les poissons sont à foison !!! cela est vraiment impressionnant, le resto de plage est bien cool, et le resto qui surplombe la baie superbe. il ne faut pas arriver trop tard au petit déj, sinon ça bouscule un peu. les chambres sont sympa et très dépaysantes, style écolo chic avec rocher dans la SDB. je recommande vivement cet hotel ! 酒店服务很好，给了我们一线的两间海景房30A&30B，楼上楼下，景观非常好，走下木楼梯就是礁石和大海，两间房间的阳台上都有观景的躺椅，楼上有双阳台。距离总台、餐厅、JansomBay都很近。这里的海滩很安静，没有很多人。酒店到小镇走路10分钟。唯一的缺点是房间比较老旧，有壁虎、小蟑螂。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Great rustic resort close to town but still a bit of a hide-away with a small private beach and bay with excellent snorkeling. Staff were very friendly and offered great service. This resort is built in jungle up and down the steep bay landscape, so if you are not able to deal with going up and down steps, it might not be suited to you. We really enjoyed our stay, and found it hard to leave...I would definitely stay here if going to Koh Tao again. Recommended.

I think it was the deluxe or superior room at EUR 180.- was really horrible, big but cold with a view on the see good but just in down was some rubish and no pleasant view. If not the beach and services was really nice. But so expensive for this kind of room.

Waht a beautiful place, we stayed on the beach, did some snorkling and just enjoyed the beautiful place. The staff was outstanding, friedly and the beach was kept clean at all times, we are definately going back there. The food was great!

It is a nice villa which has a private beach (Jansom Bay) suitable for snorkling. The service is excellent and considerate. They have free shuttle bus between hotel and the pier. When you landed at the pier, hotel staff were waiting for your with your name on a board. I asked for a late check out at 2:00pm and they agreeded without any extra charge. The hotel manager at the reception is always smile and say hello to the guest. Their Starligt restaurant is a must go where you could have a beautiful sunset view there. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

After 4 years I returned to this really charmful place and the welcome and hospitality was just wonderful. This is a quiet place if you want to relax, feel the nature or even want to do some activities like snorkeling, kajaking or diving. We had an eco friendly room near by the sea which was clean and cosy. I ll definitely come again !!!

Our room no. 36 is in the mid hill, it would be better if we were given a room closer to the water, the level where the restaurants and beach bar is located, and save the climbing for my wife who has bad knees. The location is too secluded for our liking and thw walk by the path to town although only 15 mins is a chore and some parts can be hilly. I think Sensi Paradise is at a better location. 酒店非常原生态，到处有各种生物，如果怕虫子，不推荐。房间挺好的，虽然房间相较价格不算很好，但是酒店本身的位置，餐厅，服务弥补了这一缺陷。前台check in的时候，服务人员态度不够好，不过看了旁边的工作人员和离店时候的工作人员，觉得是那个人个人问题。如果天气晴朗，傍晚时一定要去starlight餐厅，无敌晚霞海景，太美好了。吃饭两个人300人民币以内。酒店有免费的浮潜用具出借。

Charm Churee was kind enough to come and collect us from our other hotel and transferred us to their without any extra costs. When we arrived at Charm Churee we were not very happy with our room as we had booked sea views. There was no sea views as the trees had grown over the view area. They were happy to move us into another room however we did have to pay extra. The view from our bamboo hut was breathtaking. We loved the setting and being so close to nature. The breakfast provided met our expectations as well as variety to meet all tastes. We did not use the restaurant facilities as we preferred to eat off site and supported the local community. The private beach was a real treat, the Spa and the ladies in the Spa really made us feel special and treated us well. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Expensive for what it offers. Pros: 2 nice beaches and a nice restaurant on a platform overlooking the see (but expensive!!). Cons: the first room was really ugly decorated, far from the beach and you could hear the noise from the disco on the next beach. We changed for a bungalow after the first night, much quieter but far too rustic for the price: huge spiders in the room, huge lizard too (but we did not mind and they offered to remove it). Not child friendly as it s on the hills. And they made us pay breakfast while it was already paid in the booking. Disappointing. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

它的自有海滩非常棒，走到海里，水过小腿时就有大量的鱼围过来，一点不怕人，水里能看见海参，水质非常好。浮潜非常好，器具酒店都免费提供的。还可以租条小船自己划出海，一天也只要25元人民币，提供救生衣。 租的是sunset villa,房间号25，千万不要住这个房间，有白蚁，桌上永远都是白木屑，恐怖的要命。房间没有电视。景色是好，泰式装潢，房间很大。但是真是住不惯啊。 建议住beach villa，好像很好。而且价钱便宜，就在海滩上。 beach边上的餐厅味道不错，女服务员对白人老外特别热情，对中国人很一般，但是其他服务员都没有这样。 酒店的甲板上的餐厅非常漂亮，很有氛围，连着两天都在那里吃饭。并不贵。 从酒店有路直通镇上，15分钟，很好走。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Very kind staff with smiles on their faces all the time. Starlight restaurant is great, atmosphere and cuisine. Beach is small and sand is sharp, not good for children to play on. But the bay is great for snorkeling, with variaties of fishes and some coral, actinia. Facilities are acceptable, since only traditional Thai wooden houses provided. Most unhappy: The safe provided is extremely complicated to operate and force you to give it up. I leave wallet in the safe unlocked, and I checked it when I got to Koh Samui the next day, found one of the two USD 100 notes missing, if Thai baht notes missing unknown, since no exact count. I did not contact Charm Churee for this, it s just no use, since I had no prove, and I did leave the safe open. The lesson is always lock safe, no matter how complicated it is:) Hope Charm Churee might replace their safes with easy-to-use ones, like the ones of Samui Paradise Chaweng, in which hotel I spent 3 days this time. My favourite hotel in Thailand! I have been to Thailand 5 times in the past 4 years and know the islands very well and Charm Churee is my favourite. I love this hotel so much that I recently got married at the resort and it was beyond expectations..it was perfect. The entire staff are remarkably special people - they are freindly, helpful and you leave there not only with fond memories but also new friends. I will continue to return to this amazing place every year to celecbrate my annaversary. P.S. for a couple looking for a romantic spot book room 34 on the rocks....the most stunning room! Charm Churee is a fantastic rustic bamboo bungalow family friendly hotel. The food was great, the staff were ever so friendly and helpful and we certainly enjoyed all the extras such as the free snorkelling equipment on the beach (and what a beach!). Being able to hire ATVs right from the hotel at a very competitive price was brilliant too. We had a fantastic time in Koh Tao staying at Charm Churee.

Very beautifull Hotel with excellent rooms and the best sunset of koh Tao. Very Good breakfest I recomend this hotel if you are traveling with wife or girlfriend. Really romantic.

因为是在山上，所以，你会经常看到各类虫子，不论是房外还是房内，不过还好卧室里没有。房里是没有电视机的，但有cd机放着老歌，所以你可以带张喜欢的CD。

Paradise!!! We just loved it!Dont expect 7 star city slick and polish, do expect a great holiday with happy friendly staff, charming rustic apartments, beautifully appointed, lots of little extras,good aircon in bed rooms (must have!) lovely private outdoor bathroom (or another inside if you prefer) Ours also had stair way down to sea and amazing snorkelling. A nice walk to ferry wharves and good size village, plenty of shops, restaurants etc. Contrary to what we were told there are vehicles,motor bikes and 4 wheelers for hire and taxi utes everywhere. Every sort of accomodation, medical help (but not hospital)Hotel has small safe special little beach swarming with fish. At night you can have candle lit dinner right there on the beach. There are hills, steps and the odd creature, but that was part of the wonderful holiday we had there. One of the best, Thank You Charm Churee

In the web site, the hotel seems to be beautiful, the room s pictures were so nice... but is not the reality ! the bugalow are very old , the recoration is kitch , the bathroom are old fashion. and the rate are very expensive regardind the quality of service and the amenities. we ve paid 3500bath for a simple bedroom! it s very expensive for koh Tao, at this price we expect to have more luxe. Everything are dark, no light, to many trees outside. we have to walk long time to go to the beach, the sun deck are very old , also the towels, (there are no POOL). The staff don t speack english, ( birman staff). and the prise at the restaurant are very expensive ( order Thai food 1200bath/2 pers), it s better to go to eat outsite , only 10 min from the pier,( use the small road). We definitly don t recommand this hotel !

We went there out of season and the staff and the location were excellent. We originally booked a beach cottage but didn´t like this quite small and dark cottage very much. So we asked for a Sunset Cottage which was fabulous with a stunning sunset view and enough space for a family. The hotel is in a beautiful small bay and we were all stunned by the amazing snorkelling. Would go definitely back there. We walked to town every night as there are some quite nice and cheap restaurants. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We were very disappointed. We paid 100 Euro (low season) for the night and experienced the following: No fins allowed for snorkling (as coral protection measurement), rooms designed with dark wood and almost no light (much too dark), rooms actually fairly old, doors from the open air bathroom to the sleeping room were not closing properly enough for keeping insects out, cockroach on the minibar menue, no pool, beach is a bit of a up/down walk as everything in that accomodation (which was not a problem for us, but may still be worth mentioning), rooms smelly, it felt a bit like provisional . The breakfast was ok, but on the wooden mat used for your plate, small insects were busy removing the meal from your predecessor... One more to mention: Yes, they offer wifi internet (which only works at the reception), but they ve blocked any ports except www (so no ssh, vpn...). So: When they say rustic , they really mean it :) And it s ok, but not for that amount of money! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Beautiful location and very peaceful. Bedroom area was nice and the air cond was welcome. Only negative is a bit too much wild life (bugs and a visiting rat) in the main living room. Staff were very professional and helpful

It was love on second sight! The care of the staff towards their guests was very individual and overwhelming. Many thanks to the Burmese Staff, they are making their job better and more enthusiastically then anybody I have seen before. The resort is set in a beautiful hidden bay, that reminds to the Maldives. The old bungalows seem a bit run down, but still they´ve got a charming character. The resort management is intending to open the Bamboo Villas next year, which are belonging to the same resort. These bungalows are just perfect and beautifully with a fascinating outdoor bathroom set inside a romantic beach scenery. We will come again! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

We enjoyed our holidays at charm churee at a small nice privat beach. The room, a large bamboo hut, was excellent and much better than expected. The staff was very helpful and extremly friendly. Snorkling equipment was foc available. Restaurant food was very good. Good place to relax. Families with kids might miss a pool. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

в отеле были второй раз, в последний раз жили с 6 по 9 сентября в коттедже 24. Все чудесно, в сравнении с другими пляжами просто прекрасно, завтраки шведский стол - как всегда на высоте. Stay 2 night to sunset seaview 2 bedrooms of bamboo hut (this is new open with LCD & DVD ), 3 minutes walk from janson bay and 5-10 minutes by shuttle bus to reception. The rooms with great sunset view but wave is loud at every night. Breakfast is good with great location and view. Many fishes in Janson bay for snorkeling.

Simply fantastic! Great location and amazing beach: the best place for snorkeling I ve ever seen. During my staying I enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner at the Starlight restaurant: very nice place! If I ll return to Koh Tao, I ll surely go there!

Upgraded to seaview room of bamboo hut, 5-10 minutes walk from jamson bay. The room s with great view but wave is loud at night. Breakfast&dinner are all good with great location and view. Many little fishes in Jamson bay for snorkeling. Save one day for the small beach 10 minutes walk ahead of Bamboo Hut named Sai Nuan Beach which is really beautiful.

We booked a deluxe room on the beach and spent three nights being woken by the sound of our neighbours walking around their room above. This was simply because of the primitive build quality. The resort charges guests to use a tiny beach which they claim is private. All beaches in Thailand are sovereign property, I believe. Charm Churee does have rustic charm but the resort is very over-rated in their descriptions and very over-priced for their standards.

This is just a great place to stay on honeymoon. Charm Churee is magnificant, best I ever visit. I will recommend Cottage on the Beach. But if you are afraid of gekkos, snakes etc you should choose a normal hotelroom. Charm also offer this. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. До этого была три года назад. Отель меняется только к лучшему - построили новое здание бара на пляже и новый двухуровневый корпус ресторана с видом на море. Новый корпус для ресепшн. Территория отеля большая - расстояние между виллами комфортное. Все цветет, по деревьям белки прыгают -красота! The location of the resort is absolutely fabulous. private beach, great snorkeling, very nice and helpful staff. It s also perfect located because in only 10min you can reach the little town. Nevertheless I think it was a bit overpriced. especially the food, which was twice or 3times as expensive as in town and not better in quality. Rooms vary a lot. I told them we re on honeymoon through sawadee.com. But we did not find any specific things like flowers or fruits in our room. It seems that they prepared our room in a hurry and forgot this. Except this, everything is good. I booked the cottage 1 on the beach. It s just 20 steps from the sea. Very good.

This rustic Villa was nice and private, unit 23 was probably the best situated on the rocks with the best views. The bar area was not very lively. I would have preferred a swimming pool rather than the fountain they had there. Maybe the water shortages prevent that. Lots of walking from beach to reception or restaurant but every walk is an adventure through the paths. I loved the snorkeling right from the beach, probably one of the best points.

We booked through an agent at the last minute. We weren t able to get a booking confirmation fast enough though and so we just arrived at the hotel and had to sort it out there. Luckily there was a room available.

选择CCV是之前看中了她的Janson Bay. 第一眼见到有些失望，因为它真的好小巧，和想象的不一样。不过，站在海滩上见到许多小鱼一下子围过来，那种感觉还是很激动的！

After I checked out the hotel, The reception heard that I would move to another hotel, then she said she can not provide free taxi to there but only to the pier. That is unacceptable, the hotel said they will provide free taxi service for check in/check out. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

酒店依山傍海，装修小有特色，海湾较小，沙滩较粗，多珊瑚碴，海水不清，但很浅处有鱼，建议要穿潜水鞋比较好。蚊子很多，几乎不能享受阳台。我住的是Deluxe Room，能看到海景，阳台大，洗手间和淋浴房大，但卧室不大。 早餐环境不错，直面大海，东西也算丰富可口。 酒店除了Check in & check out，其他员工都很和蔼周到。 下面要说说不好的地方。 在泰国的海岛住过的酒店也有近10家了，这家价格和酒店设施比算贵的，但却是让我们最不愉快的一家酒店。我们是4月4日到Koh tao的，而在3月底，苏梅发生了特大洪水，飞机停航了，在我们出发前，飞机刚刚恢复，和酒店也联系不上，我们差一点取消了行程。而且泰国官方也同意航班和酒店的退款。4月1日以后，天气渐渐好转，但不知灾后的情况和未来的天气，我们还是冒险来了涛岛，可想而知，酒店这段时间几乎没什么客人。我们很庆幸酒店的状况还不错。 因为Sawdee上提到这家酒店在有房的情况下可以提供免费升级，所以在Check in 的时候我们问了下是否可以升级，我们预订了三天，但没有得到升级，房间肯定很多空的，这让我们有点失望，但这还不算什么。我们同去的一个朋友没有预订，想在前台直接预订，前台提出的价格比Sawdee高了1000B，而且怎么也不肯以网上的价格给我的朋友，我们真是很纳闷，在游客这么少的情况下，怎么会这样，后来我们就在酒店大堂给Sawdee打电话下订，但需要在网上支付，这家酒店居然也不能免费上网，非让我们买了一张上网卡在前台上网支付，这才得以入住。前台经理一直在办公室里面不出来直接答复我们，一直是传话给前台小姐，非常傲慢的样子，让人很不舒服。 但是前台小姐还算好，比较耐心地带我们看了客房，还帮我在阳台上装了吊床。 我朋友住的那间房水龙头里出的是泥沙水，很脏，可能与前两天的洪水有关，而我们的房间没有这个问题。我朋友向前台反映，换到隔壁一间仍然是同样问题，前台没有进一步帮忙解决，比如换到其他房间或者升级，这在其它酒店通常的处理方法，结果我朋友因为已付了三天房费，懒得换酒店，只能用泥沙水洗了三天澡。 Check out的时候也很让人不舒服，我们二大一小住一间，小孩的早餐要另算200B一天，但Check out却算作是大人的400B一天，如果事先不知道，就付了冤枉钱，有点欺人。另外，入住的时候只给我们一双室内拖鞋，为此我还提醒前台，我们只有一双，是否应该给两双，结果也没有得到两双，Check out的时候居然还质疑我们，说应该有两双拖鞋为何只有一双。 我们Check out后要换到岛上另一个酒店，送我们的司机很爽快地答应了，结果前台跑出来说不送，真是太令人生气了，我们争论了半天，还是司机说可以送到，才同意送。本来岛上的惯例就是换酒店可以免费送的。真不明白，为什么这个酒店什么事都这么别扭。 住这家酒店一定要小心，作为一个规模较大，价格较贵的酒店，让人觉得它非常小气。 Check out的时候，前台还问我们为何要换酒店，我们实连投诉的兴趣都没有了。 中国的游记里很多人推荐这家酒店，这也是我选择它的原因，虽然当时发现它在“到到”上的排名一般，现在我终于知道了，我不会向我的朋友们推荐这家酒店，如果我再到这里，也绝不会再住这家酒店。 我们在涛岛上有5天时间，后来两天我们到了Tien og bay，那个海湾更大更好，水清沙白，沙子很细，走出去很远都很浅，也有各种鱼在珊瑚里。那个酒店的价格在Sawadee上比Charm churee高，我们虽然没有预订，但到了那里，因为这几天岛上游客很少，酒店给了我们更优惠的价格，那家酒店规模更大，更专业，海湾也更好，我更喜欢那里。 [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Service was good but this is a very average resort. Not sure you can claim to be 4-5 star with urinals in the washrooms of your luxury villas. There are much better places to stay on Ko Tao for the same price or even less. We stayed at Thipwimarn on the north side before checking into Charm Churee and really regretted moving!

1、很好的地理位置，走到DOWN TOWN只要15分钟，沿途经过sensi酒店风景很美 2、我们住的SUNSET VILLA非常完美，无敌海景，超大露台，可以看日落看大海，连卫生间都是面朝大海，我们住的是34号（双人大床）和26AC（套二，可住4人，卧室还有一个小床，其实还可以多住一人） 3、酒店环境很原始，早上可见松鼠，猴子，蛇。。 4、无敌海景早餐是最美的享受，面朝大海。。。 5、如果没有风，酒店海滩是非常美的，有很多鱼适合浮潜，即使不浮潜，走在海边扔面包也有上百条小鱼游来。 6，划小舟出海也非常美，100泰铢一小时 7、非常美的酒店。 8、如果没有住到VILLA，一定要住面朝大海的DULEX ROOM，也是看海的，不过位置差一点。还是不错。

The rooms are unique and comfortable but the view is terrible. It is blocked by trees and no sunsets because it is in the bay which is a pity. The knowledge of the reception to book activities are not good as she is not from the area. No swimming pool which is a bummer. I was also surprised that the Jansom bay was dirty as we saw a large patch of garbage floating in but it was cleaned up by the guy in the kayak. The breakfast area is really unique and enjoyable. My wife and I were pleasantly pleased with pardon the pun THE CHARM at Charm Churee. The location of the resort is number one. We had dwelling called the rock room #35 which had an amazing location at one end at Jamson Bay. We later moved to Sunset villa- on the water (which was still in the throws of being completed - construction. my only negative comment would be- be prepared for some undulating walking to and from your room. This is a lovely resort on a gorgeous private bay on Koh Tao. The location of the hotel was quite spectacular. We were picked up from the main pier which was convenient, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the quality of the rooms and facilities. We received a complimentary massage while we were there since it was the off season and the spa services were excellent. There were, however, some things that disappointed us during our 4 night stay. To start, the hotel staff speaks very little English and communication was quite difficult. We felt as though the staff were incredibly reluctant to help us out, even with small things like booking services at their own spa! and a couple times the front desk staff even rolled their eyes when we asked basic questions about the hotel or about the Island. We asked to rent scooters for the duration of the stay and were driven straight across the island to a place with poor quality rentals even though there was a good rental shop right down the road. I would not trust the recommendations of the hotel in the future. The food on the resort (other than the complimentary breakfast) is very overpriced although the quality is quite good. The internet was a complete rip off, close to 3 times as much as the next most expensive place we saw, and the computers are slow. Overall, a nice place, but we will not return. It was slightly overpriced even in the offseason and the unfriendly staff really turned us off. There are far better deals on the island!! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The location is superb, a short distance from the village and a very nice bay with clear water and lots of fishes. Good snorkel. Roome is confortable. Take some repellent for mosquitoes. there are many since the hotel is in the forest. Staff is very kind. Some problems to arrange taxi and contact with reception and spa. Would recommend this gorgeous place to anyone! the service was wonderful, the villa was amazing and only 6 steps to the waters front! Outside shower and toilet was fantastic and so private, lovely to shower under the stars! Breakfast was great with the most incredible view a great way to start your day thats for sure. Only a short little walk into town if you want some cheaper local food and shop. Amazing, incredible, stunning are just a few words to describe our fantastic holiday at Charm Churee Koh Tao.

Very good location, private beach, you can snorkeling in Jansom bay, many tropical fishes and coral are waiting for you, porters and beach staffs are helpful. Every room can enjoy the sea view. We stayed there four days, two nights the rat visited our room, three lizards always stay on the glass outside and my wife said we lived in a zoo. All staffs are good, very good.

We spent five nights at CCV and were quite satisfied with our choice. The hotel is conveniently located in a less than 15 minutes easy walking distance to nearby town where you would find out shops, eateries and night life all around pier area. Our room was panorama(now deluxe)category in one of buildings which sets in lush growth of trees on hill. It s spacious, beautifully decorated in Thai style, clean and having a very comfortable bed with fine lines. The semi-open air screened balcony is huge where soft sitting chairs and beach beds were povided for lay back, sea view and Nan Yuan island were just in sight. We believe that our room was quieter with more privacy than villas and bungalowa at beach front and those on the rocks around. Breakfasts(included)were nothing so good but good enough in term of the freshness, selections and taste. Lunch served on beach and dinner at its place were pretty good and tasty, however, it would cost you three times dearer than if you eat in town. One tip for pictures lover, the dinner place is the best place in the hotel to shoot sun set. So, try to book a table at open air space along ring pillar(only two are the best)in case you re going to have dinner there and go earlier. The plus of CCV is its private beach(fee for visitor). Beach itself is not that great but sea water there was so clean really good for snorkeling, swimming and no problem for sun bath as well. During our entire stay, we had not encountered any unpleasant matters or concerns related to the hotel services and bad attitude of staff. Actually, they all were friendly and hard working employees. I guess that the most tough and physcial demanding job of the hotel belongs to Max, who is responsible for carrying heavy luggage on his shoulders to your room particular those around the beach about hundreds meter away from reception through many steps and a decent slope in a big hot and humid day while you re arrived and departing. Please tip him generously when he is done for you. Very likely, we will stay at CCV again when we revisit to Koh Tao. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

- The Deluxe room (which I stayed for 3 nights)is perfect! Thai style furniture and facility are so beautiful. 2 large and clean balcony are lovely. - Breafast has many chioce. - The reception staff are extreme frendly and willing to help. - The location however is not as good as I expected. It is really a best resort I ever stayed. I do not need to go where else for snorkeling, just stayed in Jansom bay for a whole day. And the sea view vili is good enough even though I do not have the chance to try, but I must be there again, definitely. By the way, the breakfast is also great. Our family of 5 stayed in the 2 bedroom sunset villa. We all loved the villa and would stay there again. Facilities were great, very unique which is what we liked. Snorkelling out the front of villa was fantastic and easy to do. Yes there were lots of stairs, but that s what you get in such a unique place like Charm Churee and the walk to villa was pleasant and fun. All the family loved it!

The location is not very nice, it is a little bit far from street. It will take about 30 minutes to town-- mae haad beach. It is very quite there. The best reason to stay there I believe it is because of JASOM BAY, it is private beach of CCV. You can snorkel there, it is very convenient,good relax place. The receptionist is very friendly. However, the people who make up the room, I do not think they do their job earnestly. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Este hotel es precioso,la playa de jason bay es impresionante y el esnorkel que se puede hacer es maravilloso. si te alojas en este hotel no dejes de disfrutar ni un solo dia del paisaje que tiene el restaurante donde se sirve el destuno.volveia sin dusarlo [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

this is our third time in Thailand and we never saw a so fantastic place. Jansom bay is amazing,they upgrade us from a beach bungalow to a sunset suite, the most amazing room I ve never seen,the resort outside need a rinnovation, but the room inside are new and really very nice,the staff is halpfully and the breakfast is fantastic. I stayed the sunset suite #44.It s very nice ,clean,no insect,beautiful sunset &sea view. The restaurant is nice also,delicious Thai food,good service. However,the car of pick up service is rough and no roof. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Charm Churee Village has a different concept that I ve seen in Thailand in my 15 day trip (5 different resorts in 15 days). Wooden bungalows are very harmonic with nature. Since it s a big resort, some rooms are a bit far to beach and you have to climb very tiring slopes and steps when you want to back your bungalow from the beach. The beach is nice but not a marvellous one. The servise is very good and the staff are very very helpful. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
