Les deux grosses journées du festival semble être les 28 et 29 avril 2012. Parmi les activités on devrait trouver :
- Lâché de tortues et de bénitiers
- Election de Miss et Mr Koh Tao

09.30 Open the educational exhibitions @ Save Koh Tao office. 
09.30-10.15 Buddhism Ceremony / Giving food offering to the monks @ Save Koh Tao office 

10.15 Parade and Land Clean-up and giving off brochures to promote environmental awareness. With Tourism authority of Thailand, school children, Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, Environmental office, the 14th regional environmental office (Suratthani) @ Mae Haad.

11.00 Opening Ceremony
