Allzu grosse Ansprüche sollte man nicht haben,aber alles nötige ist vorhanden und funktioniert auch.Leider wird alles nicht mehr benötigte einfach hinter/neben den Bungalows No.1&2 entsorgt,sodass sich dort eine bereits beachtliche Müllhalde gebildet hat.Schade um die ansonsten recht nette Anlage! Very good location in a quiet place in a beautiful garden. The downside of this neighdorhood is roosters screaming every morning at 4 a.m. Bungalows look pretty good from the outside. The interior does not match the exterior. It is very basic to say the least. And the bed is really awful.

Génial comme à chaque fois que nous venons. Cela fait 2 fois que nous venons à save bungalow . Un accueil merveilleux , demandez n importe quoi on vous le trouve. Nous sommes venus avec 2 enfants et tout s est bien passé.chambres spacieuses et propres à 200 mètres de l embarcadère . [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

The bungalows are on mae haad with a few steps away from a beautiful beach. I walked to Sairee beach and was pretty happy I did not stay in that area. If you dont like party and lots of people but still have a budget this is a very good option.

Awesome location, very friendly staff. They help with everything you need, but are not too pushy. The bungalows are basic but so is the price and only 1 minute away from Mae Haad Beach. Check out the Dolphin Lounge for delicious Thai Food just a few steps towards the pier. You will meet a lot of interesting people at Save Bungalows, as many backpackers choose to stay here. Брали самый дешевый вариант из предложенных отелем. По виду очень ничего, симпатично. Хорошая веранда. Тихое место. Недалеко пляж, русский дайвцентр. Но ничего не сказано на сайте об ОТСУТСТВИИ ГОРЯЧЕЙ ВОДЫ. Это очень огорчило. Постель ни разу за 2 недели не меняли ,не убирались.(может надо об этом просить дополнительно?). Итого: Отель вполне неплох для непритязательных туристов, согласных жить без горячей воды. P.S. При поселении берется залог за ключ 500 бат. Потом возвращают. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

This was perfect for us - a room with good shower & A/C close to the beach/bars/scuba diving/fish restaurants/laundry/ferry/shops. It was very cheap (so dont expect glossy & daily cleaning unless you ask). Safetybox for valuables is at the office. Will stay again (have stayed before also).

Alreay the third time, I booked by Save Bungalow/Kho Tao. Always friendly and 100 Procent correct! You can reach the nice beach direckly down the few steps. not too noisy surrounding in parklike small gardens. Cabel-TV let me stay in contact with the wold(DW-TV/etc.) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Super Lage, fast direkt am Strand.. Wer eine einfache günstige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Unser Bungalow war einfach ausgestattet, aber es reichte völlig. Es gab eine zusätzliche Anbringung an der Tür, an der man sein eigenes Schloss anbringen kann. Alles in allem war es super!

The location of save bungalows was very good, it was next to where we got off the boat. The owner was helpful but tries to get as much money out of you as he can e.g charging for lockers or selling snorkelling equipment that lets in water! The room was ok but had an infestation of ants and dodgy beds! Just be aware when you give Mr j money as he often forgets you have given him money!!!

This place was good value for money and perfect for what we needed i.e. basic but clean and safe accommodation in a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room farely spacious, fan, cold shower, manual flush toilet, safe available in reception, 5 minute walk to the beach, the port and 10 minute walk to Sairee beach. Quite a few restaurants around serving good local food, lots of travel agents to book snorkelling trips, diving etc, some nice little shops. All in all a good place to stay on a budget. If value for money isn t your top priority then it might not be for you as is very basic.

booked to stay in rooms 15/16 got put in the wooden builings 18/19,which were ok but not worth there 1,200bht price or even the 1,000 we paid. they do not clean rooms,make the bed change linen or towels unless you ask for it to be done,the matresses and pillows have plastic sheeting around them so the beds are very uncomfortable and make you feel even hotter,only real good point is they are handy for the dive school i use,not really much to recomend save bungalows unfortunately,i have sayed on koh tao at various places many times,this is one establishment there that i will not be returning too,this was my brothers 1st thailand trip and after having been in koh samui in better and cheaper rooms this was a big let down for him,we were both disappointed with our rooms,Bad choice this time!!!!

Really lovely all round, Mr and Mrs T were so helpful. Rooms were clean (go for the stone rooms rather than the wooden bungalows - much cooler!) good location in MAE Haad near loads of bars and restaurants but if you re looking for a party area then this isn t it. Was perfect for me as I wanted some r&r after Bangkok before the other islands. Highly recommended, would rush back! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Good place to stay the first night or two to check out Koh Tao. For 600THB you get a bed, a fan, a gold shower and even a fan. Nothing more, nothing less. Just make sure your room/bungalow is not situated on top of the hill, next to the road. Loud as hell!! Nice owners, good service.

Save Bangalows Are a budget Accomodation, Which is exactly what we were after. The Bangalows were clean,secure and had all the basic requirements that we were after.I think it exactly what you pay for. We were paying same Price for a much better Bangalow in Koh Phangan but Koh Tao seems to be more expensive in every way. So I think that Save Bangalows are good Value.

Good location for the pier, room just ok cold shower, very warm in the room and quite noisy. No blankets or covers given for the bed so not a great nights sleep, quite a few ants.

We were on Koh Tao for training to diving. Stayed in hotel only 3 days, came to number just for sleeping. Number very cosy though also small - except a double bed, the TV table and the small whatnot for clothes is located only. If you have a big luggage there will be no place for it. Number is located on 2 floor, an entrance separate from street. A window has seaview. The groundfloor numbers has veiw to court yard or to wall of the next house. Breakfasts are not present, but it is possible to have breakfast in any cafe nearby. As a whole, the hotel was pleasant to us: if the beach is not important and you have a few things, it quite approaches.
